Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere around the world! Choose from the 3 shipping options (based on Country) correctly to avoid any delays.
What are your working days? Do you ship on weekends?
Working days are from Monday-Friday (excluding Singapore public holidays). We do not ship out on weekends.
When can I expect delivery?
Refer to the table above and do not count the date of purchase itself. In most cases, this should be accurate.
Note that delivery estimates provided are guidelines only and do not take into account shipping delays or delays due to processing for customs fees or customs inspection.
Your orders might be subject to taxes, customs and import duties determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. In the event of a return of goods due to failure/refusal to pay such fees, we are unable to refund your purchase and will charge a redelivery fee if you would like it redelivered. We are unable to mark any package as a gift in order to avoid fees levied at your local customs. Please check with your local customs office or website for more information.
Is my package trackable?
All packages are trackable. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once package is picked up by the delivery providers.
How are my items packaged?
We go to great lengths to ensure that your items reach you safely!
Our prints (up to A4) are sealed in a waterproof plastic sleeve into an envelope with a cardboard backing to prevent damage.
Large prints (larger than A4) and posters are sealed in waterproof plastic sleeves and delivered in hard mailing tubes.
Other products such as framed prints and canvases are sealed in a plastic sleeve, bubbled-wrapped, then packed in a box for safe shipping.
Can I place an order and have it sent straight to my friend’s address?
Yes, we’ll deliver your prints to your preferred destination! Just make sure you key in their addresses when you are at the Shipping Information page.
Can you expedite my order?
If you need your items earlier, contact us and we will try to work something out.
What if I entered a wrong / incomplete address? Will I be charged for re-delivery?
We will do our best to check for inaccuracies in the addresses to ensure that your mail reaches you, but we are unable to make any guarantees. Your mail will not reach you if your address is inaccurate / incomplete. If the package goes back to us due to inaccurate / incomplete addresses, we may charge for a redelivery. Please make all efforts to key in the correct and complete address as Print For Fun will not be held liable for items lost in the mail.
